My father bought a car from them and they were very nice. The problem was when he took the car home. It started having problems within a couple of days. I advised him to go back and speak to them about it because it could be something simple. I guess I was thinking that a business would want the customer to be happy, but instead, they told him they could do nothing about it. What is that? I would think that it would be in their best interest to at least pretend that they were willing to help, since they have mechanics there. I know that it's a used car and I do expect that it will eventually have issues, but not 2 days later. That's not good business and maybe they don't need the businness! If that's the case, then they are going about it the right way.

Station 7 Motors in New Bedford, MA has a bunch of junk cars and they lie about everything they do not change oil on any of the cars or flush the old fluids they will tell you anything to sell YOU A CAR do NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!!!!!! RIPOFFS

Owner seems to be very uneducated, could not explain addition cost for work that was not authorize initial repair was not performed. Will not be returning to this facility.

For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input. They are all the kind of persons that I want to give me an estimate, to work on my car and to be trusted to tell me when something needs maintenance or just needs to be fixed. his is what happened to me On January 16th, 2012 I brought my F-150 truck to Wayside Ford's service department in Marlboro, MA. My complaint was excessive shaking between 40 - 60 MPH. Kellie (Adviser) explained about the $135 diagnostic flat charge which I okayed. I also asked for the back sensor to be checked as well as why the car was jumping when put on reverse. Later Kellie called me explaining the cause of the shaking problems was because my car needed to be balanced. I asked if balancing the tires would fix the shaking. She said yes so I okayed the service. 2 hours later, after I paid $230.95 for the repair in full, I found out my car was shaking exactly the same upon hitting the highway! I returned immediately. I found the mechanic who "worked" on my car. I asked if he had at least test driven my car and he said "no." I then inquired why I paid $135 for diag time if he never diagnosed my car. He then grabbed my car and after 5 minutes he came back with another diagnostic adding to my bill. I was told to seek Steve (Manager) the next morning. Steve said he'd refund my $95 for the balancing but not the $135 for the fake diag. I am suing them for the full $230.95 since nothing was done to my car.
