Since Fords are notorious for their spark plugs breaking when trying to remove them in the 4.6L and 5.4L engines, I brought my 2006 Explorer V8 over to GTA. Are we talking the same Mirror Image Detail here?!? Cause I think NOT!! I have been a customer for several years, and the couple who owns and operates this business have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for ALL their customers. YES, they do get a lot of dealership cars mostly from Viti, but they still have a wide clientele. I have NEVER had a problem with any of my scheduled appointments, nor have I or any of the dozens of other customers I know ever complained about poor service. Don't know what kind of experience you had or who it was with, but I still don't think your talking about the same people I am.
