I used this shop after breaking down while on my plow route. A friend had recommended this shop. They took care of me in a timely manner during a blizzard and used the new parts that I brought with me. While I normally do most of my own repairs, the weather was not cooperating. They replaced the parts and had me back in business by early afternoon. A real class act, and they do expert restoration work on classic cars and trucks. I have found a real professional !!

Scotts auto repair provides excellent service. I have brought two of my cars to him for service, and will continue to go to him for whatever my repair needs are. I have referred a couple of friends and family to him and they to are very pleased with the service and the pricing. He's not out to rip people off and is very honest on how he charges people for his work. He even takes the time to go over the vehicle completely and inform you on what else may need to be done. Probably the most unorganized towing service in the state of Massachusetts . The older gentleman if you can call him that, his unclear,rude . You apparently have to accept the car as is even if they ruined something . Understanding him its difficult but the fact that he had a cigar down his throat may have helped with not understand him. I didn't know smoking was allowed inside a gas station/main office. It smelled nasty,rude employees and owner. I recommend not to use this service or have someone use it on your vehicle!
