Tuned up my Audi. Cheaper than the dealership and car feels great!

Correction: The car is worth approx $2,500 less than book value... about $14000..we paid 20K. We have put 3,000 miles on it... and it has been in the shop twice already... our mechanic says we are doomed.

Overall great experience. Very easy to deal with and very happy to get a more than reasonable interest rate. I have recommended them often to friends and family.

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I thought it was almost impossible to find an honest and fair auto mechanic. Keith Cournoyer the owner of the shop explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. He gave me time to compare prices and do some research to make sure I was getting the best deal. His price was by far the lowest. He told me it would take about 3 hours, he called me in two!!! The car is now fine. He was fair, fast, and honest, and I trust him. Will not go anywhere else, and reccommend him to everyone.

Best mechanic in haverhill MA. Good prices. Wont sell you on a bunch of repairs you really dont need. Recently repaired front end of my Jeep. John S. charged me half of what some other shop wanted to charge me. Was recommended to us many years ago and have always been happy with the service. The cleanest and most modern shop I have ever seen.

I would not recommend anyone to get any type of service done here. I sent my daughter to have a diagnostics and quote done by these rip off artist and they told her that it was her motor and wanted 2400.00. so I asked her to have it towed to another service center for an other opinion and when it arrived there they had discovered that the plugs and wires and coil removed. I would really like to know how to deal with these type of operators as I live so far away.
