Probably the most unorganized towing service in the state of Massachusetts . The older gentleman if you can call him that, his unclear,rude . You apparently have to accept the car as is even if they ruined something . Understanding him its difficult but the fact that he had a cigar down his throat may have helped with not understand him. I didn't know smoking was allowed inside a gas station/main office. It smelled nasty,rude employees and owner. I recommend not to use this service or have someone use it on your vehicle!
