The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!

This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful. I moved out of state and am sad that I couldn't bring Lenny with me. He is the nicest and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. The first time I brought my car in I thought I had an electrical problem. Both of my headlights went out at the same time and a spare bulb I had didn't work. I took it in to Lenny and after about 15 minutes he came back and told me that my bulbs blew. Apparently, my spare bulb was also bad. He only charged me the price of a pair of new bulbs. No labor costs! Seriously cheap and he didn't seem pissed that I was a numb-sack for bringing my car in for blown bulbs. The second time I brought my car in I had some starting problems. Lenny found the problem right away and quickly changed out the parts for much less than what I would have paid elsewhere. (I have a mechanic friend in Hawaii that I called and even he said that the repair was cheap!) When I went to pick up the car, Lenny handed me my GPS that I left on the dashboard. He took the time to take out the GPS because he didn't want someone to break into my car to steal it. What a guy! It's been about 10,000 miles since I've had the repairs and I haven't had any problems. I drove my car from Boston to Phoenix and I haven't heard any of the clunking sound that Lenny fixed on my third visit to the Civic Center.
