We purchased a car for my daughter. within 24 hours, we had a problem with the car. We were concerned about its safety based on how it was driving. Since we are two hours away from this dealer, it was not reasonable to bring it back to them so we brought it to a local service center. They agreed it was not safe to drive without checking it out thoroughly. Their person who power washed the car, got water in the area of the spark plugs. We needed to make sure water didn't seep underneath. Autos Unlimited tried to talk us in to drying it from the outside but not opening it up to make sure there was no water underneath. We were not going to allow our 20 yr old daughter drive a car we were not sure was safe. It turns out, there was nothing was seriously wrong with the car and it only cost $45 (+ our time and aggravation) for them to repair the issue. We faxed the invoice to the dealer and told them we expected them to pay fora the repair since it was their fault and the car was under the 30 day warranty, but they still have not paid the $45 bill. We have called and faxed but no action on their part. I would never buy another car from them.

I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. I bought a jeep from Greg, as soon as I left his garage, I had some noise in the front. Took it back and he promised he was gonna fix it. Took the car to his mechanic who told us that he had fixed it. Driving home, the noise was still there. Greg told us to take it back, the mechanic said he had fixed it. So far we have spent close to a thousand dollars. This guy Greg is a crook, buy cars from him at your own risk.

WATCH YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS!! THEY RIP YOUR WINDSHIELD WIPERS SO YOU HAVE TO GET NEW ONES TO PASS INSPECTION. I WAS THERE 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY DID IT TO 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME AND MYSELF. MY HUSBAND WENT THERE THIS WEEK AND THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO HIM..
