Wilder Brothers Tire is the most honest and reliable car shop that I have ever encountered. I have been there three times in the last year with mine and the wife's car having been quoted prices of $300-$6000 by Lexus and another repair shop. In each case Wilders inspected the cars and either fixed the minor problems for $100 or free, but most importantly, their honesty saved us from being ripped off by others.

i have been to other shops every year at inspection sticker time with an emissions problem. each shop charged for diagnostics and the check engine light would always come back on within a day or two. needless to say i spent hundreds. farco auto sales diagnosed the problem for free and repaired it for $35.00. i was home in less than an hour. now 2 months later and the check engine light is still off. the staff is pleasant, knowledgable, and friendly. the service is thorough, prompt, and very reasonably priced. i would and have recommended them to my family members.

My brother has been going to Amesbury Auto for years. About 4 years ago he suggested I go to Amesbury Auto for repairs. The 4 years I have been going I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that has been done. They are very reasonable priced as well. I will continue going to Amesbury Auto for all the work that needs to be done on my cars. Very satisfied.

I have a Cadillac Northstar that had an emissions failure for a sticker and ran poorly. I took it to one of the advertised "big box" shops that fix everything for less and after spending $800 and the problem still there, they told me to go to a certified emissions shop to "get a waiver" as it couldn't be fixed. I took it next to a big, major transmission shop that says they "fix check engine lights." After another $1500, they said to get a waiver-it couldn't be fixed. The state hotline said to try Happy Bear as they always have had a 5-Star rating with the state. I did and they fixed it first time and I got my sticker. The other places were just guessing instead of testing and I HAD TO PAY! THANKS HAPPY BEAR!!!!

Bought a Jeep Cherokee from Centre Street Auto and have been very pleased. They are nice to work with. The Jeep had two items that needed repair under warranty and Centre Street Auto took care of them. One was with the exhaust system and the second was a problem with the air conditioning system. Both of these items are working very well now. The Jeep overall is in Great condition and very reliable. I would highly recommend Centre Street Auto and I would definitely buy from them again.

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

Bad experience.. go anywhere else!!
