Auto repair service near Sturbridge, MA

I thought it was almost impossible to find an honest and fair auto mechanic. Keith Cournoyer the owner of the shop explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. He gave me time to compare prices and do some research to make sure I was getting the best deal. His price was by far the lowest. He told me it would take about 3 hours, he called me in two!!! The car is now fine. He was fair, fast, and honest, and I trust him. Will not go anywhere else, and reccommend him to everyone.

Scotts auto repair provides excellent service. I have brought two of my cars to him for service, and will continue to go to him for whatever my repair needs are. I have referred a couple of friends and family to him and they to are very pleased with the service and the pricing. He's not out to rip people off and is very honest on how he charges people for his work. He even takes the time to go over the vehicle completely and inform you on what else may need to be done. Went to Midas in Vernon ct to have the brakes checked on my toyota, they checked them for free and gave me a great price for the front brakes and tolled me that the rear brakes did not need to be done they wore ok. Very satisfied, great pleople.

Crooked business. Had an exhaust dump valve welded in. I don't know how they did the job, but they decided that welding about 3/4 of the circumference of the pipes together was "sufficient enough"--clearly laziness because the pipe was hard to reach. I wondered why my exhaust sounded so terrible. Also, they didn't even do the install as I asked--they placed the valve in the wrong spot. Overpriced. Do not go here. I have photos of proof.
