They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

not recommended if your car has after market product. They only want you to put OEM parts, and if your car has after market parts they won't even look at it. As if they own Volvo Corp. I would understand but for a mechanic to denied service for that it's unreal.

Do do yourself a huge favor and do not go to King Philip Motors. I bought a vehicle from deal three months ago it’s been a nightmare dealing with him ever cents my first problem was the day I drove off the lot my truck started to overheat immediately I took the truck back in two days for a deal to fix it he did at no cost as it should be but his warranty is horrible 30 day warranty you pay half. But when I asked how much for the next problem he could not give me a estimate. I asked other mechanics and they told me this was a three hour job approximately $300 but Dale would not give me any idea. This was a problem. He could say anything after the job was done. He could say it took 10 hrs. I had no way to disprove this. But I didn’t have to worry because after dropping it off three times. Accidentally two weeks without my vehicle

I wouldn't go to that service station for anything the mechanics are rude, And when they almost back in the car they get out threatening you Definitely not a place I would ever bring my car giving that type of service

Ford F350 Truck was junk. Promised by Kyle it was in perfect condition, no issues. Full of rust, engine leaking oil everywhere. Called everyday for a week. Don never returned calls. Stay far away from these guys.
