I got prompt, super courteous and professional service and rather than doing work I didn't need and charging me for it, they diagnosed the issue, flat out told me it would be a quick fix I could do on my own and didn't waste my time, treat me like I was stupid or take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I can't say enough good things about J & F Motors. I became a customer in 2011 when the warranty on my 2004 BMW 545i ran out. I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.
