Terrible, God awful service. Came in for fan belt change and tire rotation. They were unresponsive and short with me. They also completely screwed up the task at hand. I had to return to the midas and persuade them to fix my vehicle that now screeched like a banshee due to their mistakes. In order to get back at my return trip they also had stolen my dipstick.

This place is the worse place ever. Not only do they not fix what they say but the white guy in the office is so rude. They work together with auto expo dealer to "fix" the cars that auto expo sells. But they just do temp fix. After you sign for the car the car seems to not work. They are assholes

Horrible!!!! Lied and atempted to steal my money. Tried to sell me a car for more than the asking price. We also agreeed to put down $4000 for a down payment when we tried to make the sale final, the computer screen showed something totally different than what we discussed. The sales man put down the selling price as $1000 more than he told us and he also put in that we only were giving a $3000 down payment so that he could pocket the extra $1000. Also I have excellent credit and he gave me a rate of 24.9%. They are liers an stealers and I don't recommend anyone go there. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from them and I never will. I went to a different dealership and got 2.9% rate.

I hate dishonest people. Don't know anything about this guy's business, but he bought a used Mitsubishi HID ballast (for Honda/Mazda) from me on eBay and the merchandise was sent to him immediately as described and sold AS-IS. He then claimed to eBay that it the merchandise did not match the description and filed a dispute. Anybody who would lie to eBay to pull a scam like this is someone I would not want to do business with. I don't care about the $115 he is trying to screw me out of. Slamming him all over the internet will be well worth it.

Tom is the best. He knows cars and shoots straight. Takes care of his customers like family. If he can't fix it, he will send you to the right place or take it there himself. He will get the work done while you are at work in dc; by offering to pick up and drop off your car at the train station.

I brought my car in on a Friday evening after my husband had spoken to a service representative explaining our problem with our rear tailgate of our T&C. We had recently gotten our window shot out and when the glass people repaired the glass, the tailgate would not engage. After a few weeks of driving around with the door taped shut we brought it to our mechanic who was able to hook it to his computer and get the tailgate to close but only when hooked up to the computer. After another couple of weeks of not using the door but it staying shut because of the computer hook up by our mechanic we finally had the opportunity and time to bring it in to the dealer and see if they were able to figure out what was going on. When my husband spoke to the staff member in service he was told to bring it in and during the day on Saturday if they found time to take a look at it they would and let us know what was going on. On Saturday after we had to call around 3ish we found out they had taken a look at it and detected an issue with the assembly kit to the lift gate. He said that the gate was in the closed position at this time and we told him that we would pick up the car and decide if we wanted to pay the $500 bill to fix the problem. When I arrived with my husband and two children in the other car I paid my $110 bill for diagnosis and went out to my car. There I found the gate was not engaged. This was around 6. We were told we could pick up after the service center had closed and there would be someone there for payment and to give us our keys. I went back into the center and let them know that the car would not close. At first the receptionist politely told me that there was nothing that could be done because service was closed. I explained that I could not drive away with the car in its current state. She then got me the manager on duty from the sales department.
