Twice in the last two months I've had to bring a car into their Service Dept on a somewhat emergency basis. One had to be towed in while my wife was visiting up there. IN BOTH cases their service dept was very friendly and helpful. They explained the problems and what it would take to fix it. The work was done on time and to budget - no surprises. I've been to many dealers and shops and I give these guys a full *****.

They offer free Maine inspections when you buy the truck, but then screw you by failing the inspection for phony problems. I will be happy to show anyone how they screwed me for brake parts "rust" and engine compartment leak that they could not actually find, but suspected from seeing wetness. You will regret ever having been to Ray Hassel ford. You can buy parts online for half of their counter parts prices. Agency mechanics hate their jobs, and work for a fraction of the hourly labor fees and must back up whatever service writers tell the customer. Ask any mechanic. Ray Hassel is the worst of the worst.
