You will regret ever having been to Ray Hassel ford. You can buy parts online for half of their counter parts prices. Agency mechanics hate their jobs, and work for a fraction of the hourly labor fees and must back up whatever service writers tell the customer. Ask any mechanic. Ray Hassel is the worst of the worst.

Twice in the last two months I've had to bring a car into their Service Dept on a somewhat emergency basis. One had to be towed in while my wife was visiting up there. IN BOTH cases their service dept was very friendly and helpful. They explained the problems and what it would take to fix it. The work was done on time and to budget - no surprises. I've been to many dealers and shops and I give these guys a full *****.
