This address is now occupied by Ross' Auto sales. I was going to buy a 2000 white Honda Accord EX, 6 cyl, they claim has 20,000 miles on it. They even got indignant when I suggested 222,000 miles on it. Looked great, ran well. Asked for a Car Fax, and got something similar from Experian. The last report on the car was when it supposedly had 129 miles on it. $7500 firm. I took it to a reputable Honda dealership for a $96 inspection, and a $35 for real Car Fax report. Guess what boys & girls? The car was a total loss according to the accurate title report. It had 127,000+ miles on it in 2007. Because I was extremely irate about it, one of the owner's said I was, basically, nits, and was overreacting. Well, when three different people in the family drove the car at different times, and we spent about five hours with transportation, not including waiting for over an hour past when they said one of the managers would be there, it tends to P--- ONE OFF. Besides, takes one to know one. No more Mr. Niceguy as previously appeared. Acted like they didn't have a clue. Imagine that. I asked why they didn't get a REAL Car Fax report, and he said, "What? We can't afford that!". Gee, a car Fax subscription for a car dealer is a bargain, not to mention a complete write-off expense. Think about it. Then they wouldn't give back the copy of my driver's license they have, because they can keep it for 90 days. I did a lot of mystery shopping for vehicles, so I knew that, but let's share the emotion, yeah? I called the police, and the two Wyoming Officer's said they'd heard about this lovely behavior before, plus other lots up and down 28th St and also Division Ave. Just thought you'd like to know...

Went in for a rear subframe and rear passenger side control arm replacement they ordered aftermarket parts instead of OEM that was quoted by my insurance (Progressive). They charged me an extra $118 for the aftermarket parts including my deductible of $500, totaling in $618. After a recieved my vehicle back 10 miles into my trip home I noticed a tear in the my leather seats in my 2017 Subaru Outback I took it back to them for employee negleglence I pointed the finger at them stating that it wasn't there before I brought it in and had a photo to prove. So you'd expect them to resolve it and take care of it free of charge. Right? Wrong. They went through their "insurance" I think and paid for a new seat skin plus the labor that they still ended up charging me $150 and in turn I'm at a loss for ever trusting this company with my vehicle in the first place. Side notes they proclaim that the tear only happened due to my "old car" and "cold weather" in my 2017 Subaru Outback. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF. Service began 1-2-2022. Service ended 2-11-22. Don't just say your sorry

I bought two vehicles and had nothing but good things to say about them (in the beginning). I always told them that I would always buy every last one of my cars from them and recommend them to anyone who was looking for a vehicle. Last year our van that we purchased had an oil leak that they fixed without question. Not one year later the same oil leak started up again. I immediately made an appointment. On the day that I was to tow it to them the transmission in the first car we bought went out; mind you, this was just replaced a year ago and still under warranty. I took them my car with the blown transmission and said we have no cars and both my pregnant wife and I work in different cities and have another child that needs to get to daycare. I told them to pick a car on their lot that they wanted me to buy as I would be trading in my car once it was repaired. They proceeded to tell me that because their personal vehicles had the dealer plates on them, there was nothing they could do for us. It is now almost two weeks later and after calling 3 times in 24 hours with no response, we finally got a hold of Eric who told us he will not be honoring the warranty that is in black and white on our receipt from Auto Consider as the torque converter, that was not replaced during the first repair, caused the damage to the transmission. The torque converter should always be replaced with a transmission per 4 other mechanics I have spoken to just today. When I explained this to him, he said it was a judgement call, but my wife or I were never given the option to make that judgement. When he was asked what he was going to do to make it right his response was "absolutely nothing". Now they want another $1500 to replace the torque converter and the transmission that we paid $2000 to replace a year ago. Worst experience with customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We will never recommend anyone going to this establishment they call an honest car dealership. All that i can say is you auto consider driving to another car lot as they will never see any business from me my family friends or acquaintances EVER!
