Pat McCarthy is AAA+ guy. He is extremely knowledgable in all facets of engine building. His knowledge coupled with his honesty, and passion for perfection makes dealing with him a pleasure. A word of warning, Do Not Ask him take a short cut or do something less than perfect. He will not do that, Period. Pat built 4 engines for me. Three small block Chevy's and one Chevy big block. That were all for my Corvettes. Each one of those engines were perfect. Pat's word is good. You don't need a contract with this guy He is as honest and fair as they come. I went in for a brake inspection, they recommended brake pads and rotors for the front and the back. They did the job in a reasonable time and actually charged me LESS than quoted! Love these guys! Would recommend them to anyone.

My son took his truck into Sound Decisions to have a 6" suspension lift on April 10 of 2012. On that same day Eric of Sound Decisions ,Alias (Sound Innovations) took $1,018.64 from my family to purchase New 36" tires for my sons truck. Eric would not give us an invoice showing when the tires were ordered (only a receipt showing paid in full). We have never seen any tires or invoice to this date. Eric refuses to give us a refund and gives us nothing but constant excuses as to why he can not meet with us to return our money. He said that he did receive a refund but keeps avoiding us with constant excuses and family troubles. I believe that Eric (989)780-0666 of Sound Decisions and Sound Innovations has spent this money that does not belong to him. Also, the suspension lift was only suppose to take 2 to 3 days that took him 14 days to complete. We had to fight to get this truck back. It is now May 09 and I just received my refund for the tires that he never ordered because local authorities had contacted him and questioned his business acts. I believe that this business is a perfect example of FRAUD. Local authorities were contacted and have been aware of many complaints on this business and the odd behavior. Also sound decisions is in the process of changing its business name to "Sound Innovations" contact number for these business's are the same (989) 780-0666.
