My husband bought a Cobalt there and after having it less than 2 months his transmission went out. 1400 in repairs on a car he just got. I had also purchased a Jeep there a month after my husband got his car and now my Jeep is having electrical problems and Ive had it less than a month, my dome lights are constantly on and none of my windows work. Two bad cars from this dealership. And when I called to see if he could help all he said was he could take it to his mechanic but id still have to pay for it. I shouldn't be making huge repairs to cars we just purchased. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, Id hate to have anyone else go through this.

I had my lifetime brakes replaced at a local "brake shop" and they squealed forever and shook the car when I touched them on the highway. When I was having my oil changed at All Tune and Lube I mentioned the problem and they took a look at them for me. Wow! Phil was super friendly and took me back to show them to me and informed me that I should of had my rotors replaced when they did the brake pads. He was very informative and explained how the braked worked and why they should have been replaced. They replaced my rotors and pads at a reasonable price and now my car brakes like new and with out any "squealing". I will never be fooled by low prices that are too good to be true again! Phil-you have a new customer for life!

Lakeside Auto Sales Inc

Please do not shop at Lakeside Auto if you value your money, integrity and a quality vehicle. My son bought a car from them in September 2012 the engine went out on December 28t, 2012. The dealership salesperson (Tony) who talks more then he listens said "I can't take a loss on this car" to my son when asked if they could exchange the car for another one of equal value. Note..my son who works very hard for his money is newly married and has (2) little boys. He paid cash for his first couple of cars and decided to finance his 1st vehicle with Lakeside Auto which was a mistake. I spoke to the owner at least three times...he gave me (3) different names each time. I am sure it was him all 3 times, but he was evasive and didn't want to take responsiblity for the "Lemon" he sold my son. He told me his name was Ed one day, then Steve the next..when I questioned him about sounding alike..he didn't respond. But yet he claims he has valued "customers for over 25 years of business". This made me sick to my stomach. When I asked him..."So what do you intend to do for my son"...he brought up the sorry warranty as a justification and that basically we should be happy that my son 'PAID" extra for a warranty. The dealer did NOT PROVIDE IT. My son is purchasing the Rendenzvous at a cost of almost $8000.00 th engine went out in (3) months. When it was repaired by the shop for $2400.00 he was told that the warranty on the current engine is (3) months...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The likely hood of this engine lasting another 2 years during the financial obligation is slim to none...but the dealership DOES NOT CARE! Basically it's the same type of engine that was in the car when it was sold. To this the owner.....whatever his name is responded 'We don't have a magic ball and don't know when a car will go out on us". Total disregard for his dealership and the product he is selling on it. I don't care what business you are in.....if you are in it for profit ONLY and don't car about custo

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would... but Yelp makes you at least give one and they don't deserve it at all. This place came highly recommended from all the reviewers here, however I have to question the authenticity of these reviews after the horrendous experience I just had here. This man named "Mohammed" (the owner) gave us so much lip service as to how he is an "honest" man and that he takes care of his clients. I had my X3 towed to his shop and I let Mohammed know that my Father was passing away 3 hours from this location (this was on a Friday, October 3rd)... that I needed a bit of urgency with my vehicle as this is the only one I have. He ASSURED me that he would get right on it and to not worry. This was early in the morning on that day. He sent us off saying to go grab lunch and relax and that he would CALL us back. Well...HOURS passed and NO call from him. So we decided to stop by on our way home to check on any progress. He talked to us and said that the Module (whatever that is) of the car not working, the EWS??? NOT working. He kept showing us what his little "diagnosis machine" was saying. He told us AGAIN that he will continue to work on my car since I needed to be on the road soon. We left trusting that he would tell us SOMETHING so we could pay for whatever needed to be ordered and get it done. This NEVER happened. We came back later that day before closing to retrieve items from my car since. By then it was obvious it wasn't going to get fixed. I got my things and he told us he needed more time to "diagnose", I had to rent a car for the weekend but ONCE AGAIN he reassured me that before the day was over, he would call us to tell us what's next. That call once again NEVER came. The weekend came and went this man never called me. Fast forward to Monday, I decided to call Mohammed at 11:43 a.m. to check the status of my vehicle and Mohammed got on the phone where he VERY rudely started going off about he needed time and that I just needed to wait and to let him look into the issue of the car further. I explained that I have been waiting for call backs for days with none. He once again told me he would call me back 5 hours later my husband called him to ask what was going on, and one of his workers told us that Mohammed was gone and not going to be back for a couple of days.Once my husband showed his displeasure. We get a call back from Cars Unlimited (the same employee who my husband just spoke to) telling us that he called Mohammed and he wanted us to come pick up the car from his shop because he decided that he was NOT going to repair it. This was at 5:00 p.m. in the day, leaving no choice to get another tow, this time to Farmington Hills BMW, where I just should've taken it in the first place but instead of doing this I trusted all these reviews. Which it makes me question these. I highly doubt people are okay with not getting any communication from who you should be able to trust fixing your mean of transportation. I will be notifying EVERYONE I come in contact about the "establishment" (and I'm using this term very loosely)... and FYI to everyone out there doing business with him. He was so unprofessional as to show me the copy of a customer of his driver's license, because he bought a car from this "desperate man" who's father had just died for 10k dollars when the vehicle was only a couple of years old and it was actually worth 30k dollars plus! So this goes to show the lack of integrity this man has that He would take advantage of someone in that grieving state! This is Deplorable behavior.
