Auto repair service near Centreville, MI

If you are thinking about buying a dutchman, think hard. We bought a Voltage 5th wheel and when we received it the windows we ordered were wrong. Had to take it back to the factory to get the right windows, there were also two typed pages of things that were wrong with it. Made 3 trips from Ohio to Goshen IN hauling it back and forth with the understanding that they were going to reimburse for our fuel. We now have a junk camper (that was special ordered brand new less than a year ago) and I guess were out the 600.00 in fuel we used to go back and forth trying to get it fixed as they will not return any of our calls, we have left numerous messages for Jamie Clark, Roger Hershey, Andrew Jackson, and Jim Isbiki (sp) with no return calls. This has been going on for approx a year now and still no effort on dutchmans part to assist us with getting this taken care of. We have had issues with the skirting coming off and dutchman duct taped it back on. hydrolic hose busted after being used approx 4 times. The year was waisted on trying to get it fixed and didn't get to use our new camper for pleasure. It has been nothing but a pain since we bought it and has spent more time sitting in dutchman lot waiting to be serviced than we have had it for use.THis company has no integrity, accountability or cusotmer service. I would never recommend buying from them.There is so much more that is wrong with it but not enough space to put it all in this comment. If you are looking to buy dutchman...BEWARE!!!!!

The owner is scary when you try to ask with help for a warranty claim on something you purchased at his store. Jody is very aggressive and angry when you simply Need help - i dont recommend at all
