However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles. Bought a used car their friday around 3pm got a good deal 11,300 for a 65k durango. Drove back home with car (around 28 miles) next morning took my pregnant wife who was on strick bed rest but had to see twilight and when leaving the morning show (around 1pm) the car would not start. I called the lot they (Dave) said i bought the car as is nothing they can do about it. Less than 24hrs and less than 40 miles stranded and they would not stand behind their vehicle. Go somewhere else!!!! problem ended up being the battery and it when pulled out of durango was warped like it had been on charger for days. I emailed and called they will not make it right! Save your money or spend a little more for a better vehicle!

The service, April and her team are great. They help with understanding what you need and why. They talk to you and you can ask them anything related to your car - truck or what ever you are driving. If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. Prices are reasonable plus they will help you to make paying as easily as they can.

My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. No one else in the area was open and she was stranded. If you are in the area and need car repair I suggest going to people who actually care!

I just had Michigan Motor Exchange put a remanufactured engine into my 1998 Bravada. So far everything is running great. No one including myself wants to spend money on an older SUV but it turns out that it was cheaper than buying a new or used car with higher miles. So, for a few thousand bucks, I have a SUV that my 16 year old can drive. Looks good and runs great. David was very helpful in the process and straight forward about the costs. He gave me a competitive quote for the engine and after evaluating what else the truck needed...It was my decision....no pressure. It made sense to invest a bit more to address other non-engine related issues. I had my truck back in just over a week. I was referred to Michigan Motor Exchange by another automotive shop. I am happy with my experience.

Nemr Mohammed Barakat (Tiger) he will take your hard earned money up front and does not do the work. He is a liar and con. This has been my experience. Before thinking about doing business with him call the Waterford Police Dept. and ask them how many times they have had to respond to his business in Waterford due to customer complaints.
