Auto repair service near Dearborn Heights, MI

Called asking about a car was told it was in good condition and still available. Show up an hour or two later and said I was there to see the car. They did not tell me to my face they sold it but i heard them arguing about it saying it was already sold the day before. I drove close to an hour to look at this car. They never even said they were sorry. The place is pretty run down, and the hole time I was there the phone was ringing and no one picked it up. DON"T Go TO GEORGE's AUTO!

Since I got my 2010 Hyundai Elantra I've been taking it to Mac's Tire and Auto for all my maintenance work. For a few months after the purchase of my auto, I took it to the dealer for maintenance. However, I found them to be a little pricey. My neighbor told me of Mac's auto and said he was very satisfied. I started taking my car to Mac's ever since 2010 for about 4 years, and I've been super satisfied since. Also the owner and all his employees are very nice.

HONEST,EXPERINCED AND PROFESSIONAL. all of the qualities needed in a good repair shop. Dave the head mechanic is great. I was nervous about my engine light on and the car was dragging into 1st gear. I had been quoted $6500 because the car needed a transmission replacement. Fortunately my car was drive able and after looking at a number of reviews, I came across AAMCO Garrison Automotive. He carefully diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Cost $402. Be careful that you select the correct one. Their appears to be a few in the Warren Area. Dave the head mechanic is GREAT and my experience on several occasions he respects your time and doesn't take on your car until he can see you. He's our mechanic!

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to finish the work & purchase my tires too! I'd recommend Ode to everyone! Cindy H

Sad customer service, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicles. Long story short the owner is a con artist, and his employees are trying to make money on the side. Beware!!!

They are very rude at the shop and disrespectful on several occasions I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first few times of being treated poorly just to continue the poor treatment that I was receiving and look down upon because of a DUI conviction from 17 years ago they think they can treat their clients of Lifesaver like dirt and they feel as if we are stuck with them because until recently they were the only shop that was servicing their equipment they do have another location now in Troy and I recommend that you go to that location

The owner of this shop is extremely unprofessional. The repairs on my break were not done correctly and the shop refused to admit fault. The AC in my car is leaking after their inspection. I do not recommend this business.
