If they don’t have the answer at that moment they will find the answer. They are very pleasant to work with and make it very comfortable to talk to and that is important. My mom's car broke down on Sunday and the manager Bill helped fix her car even though they were closed. Since they were closed, he didn't charge her a thing! I called up today to offer to pay for the service and they said it's what they do for their customers! Luckily Bill had been in the store working on a project that day. Before thinking about doing business with him call the Waterford Police Dept. and ask them how many times they have had to respond to his business in Waterford due to customer complaints.
