Auto repair service near Ira, MI

This shop is as dishonest as they come, they offered me a repair on a part that don't even exist on my car!!! I was told the module that's built inside my fan motor was bad so they needed to replace the whole fan assembly for a large sum, the problem with that is there is no module inside the fan & the module is bolted to the exterior of the fan and easily replaced as a stand alone part. Once confronted I was told a fan motor and a module are the same ?? so not only is this shop obviously incompetent but also very crooked. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere

A few months ago the shop owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic, polite, understanding. We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.

I still can't get over how smoothly my car is running! Thank you for the great service, hospitality, and explaining things in an understandable way. I usually dread taking my car into anywhere for service but I feel like I now have a trusted place to visit when needed. My husband bought a Cobalt there and after having it less than 2 months his transmission went out. 1400 in repairs on a car he just got. I had also purchased a Jeep there a month after my husband got his car and now my Jeep is having electrical problems and Ive had it less than a month, my dome lights are constantly on and none of my windows work. Two bad cars from this dealership. And when I called to see if he could help all he said was he could take it to his mechanic but id still have to pay for it. I shouldn't be making huge repairs to cars we just purchased. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, Id hate to have anyone else go through this.
