Currently battling them and Mike right now...going on for almost 2 weeks... took the truck in for lifters, catalytic converter, muffler, head gaskets, and head issues...I bought my parts, gaskets, and fluids. While being repaired I got told that both heads and camshaft were good, now all of a sudden I needed 2 injectors, and the new lifters I purchased were bad..he had to supposedly switch some stuff from the other side to make it work. Now I need a camshaft because the valves weren't moving then mysteriously now the camshaft is good after I showed him a video of them moving before he installed anything so he gave me back 7 out of the 32 lifters (16 new/16 old) that look like the ones that were already in there...so after going back and forth again and waiting up there, Mike says everything is good to go it wasn't...I didn't even have it home for a couple of hours. It cut off 3 times, surging, hard starting, stalling, ticking, and now a cylinder 5 misfire (the head that was supposedly good but never touched). Never had this problem before they worked on it. I took the truck back, and now he's trying to blame it on my parts because they are aftermarket or saying it is something else like a fuel-related problem (injector, fuel pump) keep in mind that the driver-side head didn't get removed...upon observing the engine the driver's side head was never removed and my parts weren't installed but he said he did. The bolts were still rusted and the original. I bought new manifold bolts that were installed on the passenger side but not the drivers along with gaskets etc. So now the parts I purchased weren't installed and I do not have them and he's coming up with an excuse and now I have to find out what they did with them since they weren't installed...so for $2300 that's paid in full my truck is there still and now we are going back and forth. He charged me for fluids, diagnostics, mufflers, catalytic converter, and installation of lifters and gaskets for both sides and only did the passenger side. I should have followed my first mind, and went somewhere else..this shop can't be trusted and the bad reviews are real...Thursday makes 2 weeks and Mike supposedly had a family emergency and won't be back for a couple of days... I've emailed the Mayor of Westland, will contact the BBB and the State of Michigan, and will more than likely have to go to small claims court the way it's looking.

I bought a engine computer for my 1999 durango from Keenan at expressautomodules.com unit worked great it was programmed and ready to go i plugged it in and drove 230 miles on a trip the next day I would definatley buy from them again.

Poor workmanship, terrible attitudes, truly offensive, this isnt the shop for your car.

I just received the worst customer service from Franklin Park Lincoln Mercury. In November when I had the accident they charged almost 4000.00 to repair my car. On Sunday it started to lerch the way it did right after the accident. I didn't want to pay for a second time only to be told it was something they had just replaced. I called Franklin Park and spoke to someone in the body shop and they told me to bring the car in and they would make sure it wasn't something they had just replaced. They mentioned nothing about a 96.00 fee to have it looked at. Today when he told me it was $400.00 to replace a sensor and part of that was to look it over. I questioned that and Dave in service became very rude. He told me my daughter signed for the 96.00 and that I was responsible. I said she's 17 and nobody not even her told me she signed for a thing. "well next time", he said "don't send a child to do your work". Then they told me it was all my daughter's fault because she brought it to the wrong department. What was the point of me even calling to make sure this is something I could have done? I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the owner was in Florida. I immediately called back and the gal at the phones told me the owner was not in Florida but he was out of the office. When I told her what was going on suddenly the owner Bob appeared on the line. He clearly had been filled in by Dave the service department and told me my daughter took it to the wrong area, also very condescending. I hated having to use them in November but Nationwide made me use them, I thought there prices were huge then, (if you could have seen how little damage there was to my car) and they took 10 days to fix it. Now I am stuck either giving them 400.00 or 96.00....which to do? I was treated like crap from the service department, told to bring the car in at no cost from the body shop and the owner. Bpb Fletcher, doesn't care because he needs another trip to Florida.

The absolute worst service ever! I wish I could give them zero stars. I spent 2 almost 3 months taking my car to the Secor & Renwyck Drive shops dealing with Jeff Booth, Dan, & Rich Earl. I also had to write a letter demanding they honor the warranty & pay $50 from another shop to get a 2nd opinion before receiving a call about fixing my car. They don’t return phone calls or get back to you when they say they will. Dan reimbursed me the $50 I had to pay for the diagnostic from another transmission shop but also went back on his word of extending my warranty because I refused to get my brakes done. After all I went through with them that’s the least they could’ve done anybody in their right mind wouldn’t want to keep dealing with a shop that lies over and over again so why would I get my brakes done by them? I tried to type everything I went through with these guys but sadly it won’t all fit so these are just the main points. If you have a 4x4 and your transmission is messed up I definitely would NOT recommend Earl bro’s!!!!!
