I have used Butch's for 11 years. I recommended a close friend to go here and it was a TERRIBLE experience. They were conniving and sneaky and tried to scam her of money. They got verbal agreement on a estimate and then tried to keep tacking on more money that was needed from her when the originally estimate included 3 items. She paid $800 for 3 items and walked away with only 1 being fixed. They also did not communicate effectively and she kept having to call them for updates daily. They are were not wearing masks despite serving the general public. They officially lost my business after all these years.
