We had repairs done at Faithful Auto the same problem happened a fe months later our vehicle was still under warranty they refuse to honor our warranty they are not who they represent we aid them a lot of money to fix our trucks transfer case now they will not fix our vehicle that is under warranty we are seniors and feel they believe they can bully us and we walk away FIX OUR TRUCK

Bought a used car their friday around 3pm got a good deal 11,300 for a 65k durango. Drove back home with car (around 28 miles) next morning took my pregnant wife who was on strick bed rest but had to see twilight and when leaving the morning show (around 1pm) the car would not start. I called the lot they (Dave) said i bought the car as is nothing they can do about it. Less than 24hrs and less than 40 miles stranded and they would not stand behind their vehicle. Go somewhere else!!!! problem ended up being the battery and it when pulled out of durango was warped like it had been on charger for days. I emailed and called they will not make it right! Save your money or spend a little more for a better vehicle!

Don't make the same mistake I did. Took my car for front end repair. Days after dropping it off I called to get the status. It was clear nobody had looked at the vehicle. Every time I called, stories were conflicting. I agreed to the most outrageous price , with the request not to use garbage chinese parts. They did just that. The parts charge of the bill was $800. Me pricing the same parts in the very best brands came to $350. The total bill for 2 control arm and a alignment that was never done was $1600 with the 10% discount right under the bible verse on my invoice. I didn't get a alignment printout, which is mandatory by law, because it was never done. I had to pay another shop to do that. People who hide behind christianity for financial gain, aren't christian at all. They are in fact, the exact opposite. My expectations are very much within reason, as several other mechanics agreed. I am not vindictive and I stand to gain nothing. My only purpose is to protect the next decent person who might fall victim.

Dex-Tech helped our son out yesterday while he was at college. His Tahoe broke down. We had the vehicle towed the facility and Dex-Tech took care of the problem and got our son back on the road so he could come home! Thank you so very much for your top-notch service always!
