Get ready to get screwed folks. worst place I ever dealt with. If you like to be lied to and cars sold to you that are not taken care of when purchased be my guest. Our car had so much wrong with it that after a week it quit running. Mark throws his religion and family crap at you to make you feel welcomed until the papers are signed then really gives you the shaft. Talked to Dwight about the concern and his attitude towards me was horrible. he could of cared less what he was selling as long as the money was rolling in. Then people wonder why car dealers get such a bad name. These autos are not quality and the business practices are very shady. dont get screwed like i did. Take yourself to a dealer that stands behind their products and treats their customers with respect.

Bailey Park Auto Repair (across from Shell in Pennfield) has recently worked on 2 of our older model trucks. GREAT work, WONDERFUL guys to ask questions of and get honest answers.... and the prices are very fair for work that we had done. We have used Thomsons Auto Repair for all the work on our vehicles,our 2 trucks,monte carlo,1955 and 1958 Fords and motor home that we have.They have done any work that has been needed on any of them.We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and their communication with us while the work is being preformed.I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to have repair work done on their autos.

Honest enough to be legally protected (I contacted an attorney who has "seen Autohaus on his desk multiple times in the past six months"), but sell you buy-back cars that are un-sellable once they leave the lot as Carfax comes back as Lemon/buyback in big bold red letters--i.e. untouchable from most dealers' standpoint. Gave them opportunity to make things right only a few weeks after I bought my car, but steadfastly unwilling, stating "it's a business," and tried to sell me a Q7 instead. I will be discouraging everyone from giving them business and encourage all to go with someone who cares about their customers

Beware that these vehicles do not under go any certified vichelce inspection. They a test driven by employees. If they become aware of a problem then it is brought to an auto mechanic.

I bought two vehicles and had nothing but good things to say about them (in the beginning). I always told them that I would always buy every last one of my cars from them and recommend them to anyone who was looking for a vehicle. Last year our van that we purchased had an oil leak that they fixed without question. Not one year later the same oil leak started up again. I immediately made an appointment. On the day that I was to tow it to them the transmission in the first car we bought went out; mind you, this was just replaced a year ago and still under warranty. I took them my car with the blown transmission and said we have no cars and both my pregnant wife and I work in different cities and have another child that needs to get to daycare. I told them to pick a car on their lot that they wanted me to buy as I would be trading in my car once it was repaired. They proceeded to tell me that because their personal vehicles had the dealer plates on them, there was nothing they could do for us. It is now almost two weeks later and after calling 3 times in 24 hours with no response, we finally got a hold of Eric who told us he will not be honoring the warranty that is in black and white on our receipt from Auto Consider as the torque converter, that was not replaced during the first repair, caused the damage to the transmission. The torque converter should always be replaced with a transmission per 4 other mechanics I have spoken to just today. When I explained this to him, he said it was a judgement call, but my wife or I were never given the option to make that judgement. When he was asked what he was going to do to make it right his response was "absolutely nothing". Now they want another $1500 to replace the torque converter and the transmission that we paid $2000 to replace a year ago. Worst experience with customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We will never recommend anyone going to this establishment they call an honest car dealership. All that i can say is you auto consider driving to another car lot as they will never see any business from me my family friends or acquaintances EVER!
