The continued professional attitude of the Firestone Team at the Madison Heights, MI store is amazing. I purchased 4 new Firestone 710 tires from Jeff and Pat and they were installed and the ride and quiet support were as they said they would be. I always appreciate their demeanor because I deal with the public and it is tough to always be on top of your game. The reality about purchasing items for your automobiles is to maintain a 100% trust and belief that you are being treated with respect when you drive into their facility. Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price.
