Chapman Automotive got me in sooner than most automotive shops in the greater Kalamazoo area, by 2 weeks! I was trying to beat the cold weather and get my entire driveline serviced, belts and seals looked over too. I was given an estimate that was much lower than other shops gave me, and I took the leap. I was overly impressed by the speed of getting my vehicle in, the cost of total repairs and the way the owner, John Chapman’s, demeanor was. He spoke with respect, familiarity and was kind. He stood back his work, something you don’t always see, with a long warranty on parts and national coverage warranties that I could use if I traveled and had car troubles. Definitely will return!

We needed new brakes on the Caravan and took it to LENTZ after getting really high estimates. They looked at it and suggested what should be replaced. They took time to actually let me look at it and told me what it would cost. I was out of there in less than 2 hours. Good job and good price

I have been here twice. Once for muffler service and once for A/C service. I have not been disapointed in any way. I can't say that about a couple of other places I have been (and will never go back to).
