I've brought all my vehicles to Darrick for the past 20+ years because he's squeezed me in when I had emergencies, picked up my broken one ton with his flatbed hauling it to his shop, professionally installed all the 2nd Market stuff I buy, made the customizations I request, suggested performance enhancements, and always presented me with a bill that doesn't shock me. We were on our way to a car race in Iowa when our alternator cut out on Interstate 35. My van had to be towed to the shop & a new alternator was installed and we were on the road in no time at all. Superior service with a very respectable price!

Mechanics and Service Advisor were rude and condescending. After they broke a part, they charged me to replace it even though it was due to their own negligence. I will never go here again! There are plenty of other repair shops in Albert Lea who will be happy to receive my business and will do honest work.
