More recently I had them do some service on my vehicle; I was miss quoted on the price. The service they did do did not fix the problem. Mario makes assumptions before he truly diagnosis the correct problem. Their labor rates are on the high side; the parts mark-up prices are disgusting and when questioned about their service or diagnosis instantly he becomes defensive. I will never bring my car or truck back to him; no matter who is doing the work.

Absolutely awful service. We had to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and they said they would not fix the automatic roll down because they weren't sure if it did that originally. The staff was condescending and rude--I will never go back!
