I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. I have never had that before with other auto shops. Great experience Nina Glamour

this is a 100% true experience!!! i got a flat tire at SA gas station across the street to midas. i drove to midas and met Kevin. Kevin overcharged me for a tire! He was super pushy! He kept putting down every shop slandering them including saying that tires plus, firestone, and fleet farm dont correctly install and seal tires. He just wanted to take as much money as possible from me. he showed me a bill of 195$ for 1 tire and then charged my card for 224$$. i called and complained.. kevins manager said he would give me a refund of almost 15$ and i told him i am still putting my experience on the internet with the store, and he said well then im not giving you your money back? i have a constitutional right to post my experience.. you cant charge me more then agreed upon prior to work.. what a scam. horrible people

My last oil change at your dealership did not go well.Your service dept left ALL FOUR LUG NUT LOOSE.Now that may not sound like a big deal to you,you don;t drive my truck, but i do And your service dept left me in a dangerous spot, loose lug nuts pulling my boat down the highway, and your service Manager won't even answer his phone?I do hope the owners of this dealer get to see this comment,I doubt they saw the last one or heard from there service manager about how they can't even get a persons tires tightened.Over the years I have spent in excess of 30.000 dollars at your dealership,I will not spend another dime at your dealership, and the word of mouth that I share with those that ask may not be the type of info you would like having out there about your dealership

I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer and had the SES Light flashing. Using my scanner I found that it was a P0306 Error for misfire in the #6 cylinder. I heard bad things about this shop but being I just moved and that was several years ago that I heard the bad reviews, they were closer (7 miles) than my trusted mechanic (35 miles) I took it there since I was leary of that drive. They billed me $100 for the diagnostic and said that I needed a new CPI Unit for just over $1,000. I couldnt do it at the time so I waited on the repair. When I went to leave, my vehicle wouldnt even start now, found out that they did not properly hook my battery back up. After tightening the battery I went home. I made some calls to price shop the repair costs. I called my trusted shop and another location I have gone to before. They both quoted me over $250 less for the repair but both stated they had serious reservations with that diagnosis. I just brought my vehicle up to my trusted dealership a few days a go to have them look at it. They did the diagnosis and said that it was 1 bad spark plug and 1 bad injector. They also recommended having a general fuel system cleaning to get the other injectors clean before they clog up too. For the new spark plug, new injector, fuel system cleaning AND diagnosis I only paid $540. Boy I wish I had my $100 back for that bogus diagnosis. Stay away from this dealer as they will give you a faulty diagnosis for repairs that arent needed or do way more than what is needed (like replace a whole system when only 1 part is needed).
