MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP EVER! Sold me a LEMON based on a bunch of lies. I can't believe the things I have found out about this car since buying it! Horrible! I have poured money into this car just trying to get it running again. And they have been no help, saying all the massive engine problems must have happened on the drive home (30 minutes) from the dealership, they never had issues. According to my mechanic, the car was previously in a wreck and probably never reported to keep title clean. Says definitely badly pieced back together to sell only. He advised never to go to this dealership and offered to come with next time... Worst part is Mach 5 claims to be dealership and mechanic shop that makes sure all cars are top of the line inside, as they've done the work. Yeah, right! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

I just purchased a Dodge Avenger from here. I had a wonderful experience! I had very easy contact with them, they were quick to respond and fax any papers I needed to my bank while I was getting preapproved for the loan. I got such a great deal on the car for the age and miles on it, haven’t seen any other cars come close to it. It was a salvaged title of course but we took it to a mechanic that we trusted (Honesty-1 Auto Care) they took a look at it and said the car was fixed very professionally and it was a great job and there is no reason why I should not purchase this car (I was very excited of course. I highly recommend them to anyone for either purchasing or getting your car fixed with them!

I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

With no notice Bernie did a inspection on a Volvo that we were thinking to buy even though he had just got home from the airport. Wonderful service and a great sense of humor. Saved us the cost of a transmission.

- They do not properly inspect or service vehicle as agreed prior to delivery (you will have repairs in excess of $1000 from Day 1) - 2nd key will not be provided - Extended warranty you paid for the dealer does not fund so your contract gets suspended - Title transfer paperwork is not sent in within 10 business days as required by law - Parts will be missing from the vehicle - Vehicle advertised as "like new" with "no rust, no dings, no scratches" will have all these defects - All-Weather tires supposedly on the vehicle are actually snow tires so you will have to spend $800 on new tires when spring comes around Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere, unless being ripped off is your thing!
