At first I enjoyed the service that Kennedy provided my family. Quick turnaround and a somewhat positive attitude. More recently I had them do some service on my vehicle; I was miss quoted on the price. The service they did do did not fix the problem. Their labor rates are on the high side; the parts mark-up prices are disgusting and when questioned about their service or diagnosis instantly he becomes defensive.
