I've been serving the Branson area of the Ozarks since 1998. I am open MOST Sundays and holidays. My moto is "If I can't fix it, you don't pay." I do both on site and in shop repairs.

I purchased a used van from this dealer. Less than two weeks later the transmission started dumping large amounts of fluid. I hadn't even transfered the title to my name yet. When I called the dealer about it he informed me that because the van was sold "as is" that he wasn't going to do anything about the issue. I informed him that he was violated Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws by failing to disclose a pre-existing issue with the vehicle. His response was to tell me that it will cost me more to sue him than to fix the van myself. So there you have it. E-trucks sells lemons and they don't even have the decency to treat you with respect when you call them about it. Don't buy from this dealer unless you like being ripped off.

Last year my boyfriend said I overpaid for a set of EURO TOUR tires on my 2002 Crown Victoria LX sport at Big O Tires ($662 and change). I chose them because all that came with the tires: free flats fixed, free rotation, and a free new tire within the first three years if a tire was unfixable due to a road hazard (excluding any self destructive act an owner could do). Well, fast forward to two days ago when I hit something metal laying in the road that popped my back tire and even put a gash in my rim. I was so nervous before I went. I had dealt with guarantees before where the company finds some reason to wiggle out of their promises, but there was no drama. They gave me a brand new tire for just the cost of installation ($12.62) and even rotated the tires since I was there! I was in and out fast too. I did call first to make sure they had the time since they do a lot of company fleets and can get very busy some days. Big O Tires in Springfield, Missouri is friendly and fast.

I had transmission problems and they fixed it at a relatively low price as compared to other estimates I had from other companies. My intrepid runs good now and never had an issue since it was fixed last year. Love their customer service

Used cars are just that used. I would not want to be a used car sales man because most of the time you are looked at in a shady light. I bought a car from steve and its a beautiful car, I love it. I had this car for one month and had a problem and I called steve and he gave me money towards fixing it and went beyond what he had to do to make me happy. Steve is a stand up guy and they go beyond any used car dealer I have EVER dealt with. They stand behind what the sell and do. I will buy from them again with no doubt. The warranty is good just gotta read it and follow the directions.

I stopped in and needed 4 matching tires and I did not have a lot of money and really needed them in the worst way...They hooked me up and the service was great...I totally recommend everyone go here and I can bet...THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST PRICE!

Bentley purchased w/assurance condition was pristine. Car had numerous issues. Thousands of $ to repair-refused to communicate. Unresolved by Willard. Vehicle marketed on internet by dealer. Based on verbal and email promises by sales rep (George) and owner (Charles)of vehicle condition being in pristine condition- agreed to purchase vehicle. Promises by dealer begin changing- i.e. no 2nd key, mileage was completely different that advertised 7933 (actual 8793+). I agreed to handling of key issue (50/50 split cost -approx $600) and accepted additional mileage; and immediately wired money to company. Car (Bentley) was delivered by Willard representative. Upon delivery immediately noted various items either not functional and several items required repair service. I contacted rep (George) same day. I sent numerous emails with pictures to "owner" Charles Willard- no response. After approx 1 1/2 months, attempted to contact rep (George). Briefly spoke with sales rep (George)and told of issues. Briefly spoke with Charles- then no communication. I have spent in excess of $5000 to date to try to bring vehicle to make properly functional.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy a car from this place you will be very sorry. They shouldn't even be allowed to have a dealers license. If you want to buy a car that will likely cause you problem the whole time you own it then go right ahead but just a warning that they do not fix check engine lights, ABS, TCS lights that are on they simply have a company come in and use the ole black electrical tape method so as they can take your money and live a lavish lifestyle they can't afford other wise without ripping people off. I have never seen a more half ass company. And also if you are to trade a car in and they say they will have it paid off, well don't count on it they will turn around and sale it to someone else before it's paid off. This will result in your bank harassing you for payments and your credit getting ruined. I have seen several people get shafted by this company and I was one of them and I hope they loose their license and can never cheat anyone again. When you can cover up lights that can potentially be a huge safety issue or a persons life then you shouldn't be allowed to sale cars.
