excellent service! Quick response with estimates. They take the time to inspect other funtions of the car but I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need. Very resonable prices. I have used Ethan's the past several years on all three of my cars and I've always been very pleased with them.

These people replaced my daughters engine total cost $1400.00. A week later we had to take it back because of a bad oil leak. It was the main rear seal. $20 part but $350 in labor because they had to drop the engine again. I asked why they wouldn't automatically replace a $20 seal in a 2002 engine while the engine was dropped and their response was well it's under warranty so you can file a claim with the person you bought the engine from to get reimbursed. So I did and guess what?? Claim denied because they said replacing the main rear seal when replacing an engine is considered routine maintenance and should've been checked and replaced at the time of the engine replacement.
