Auto repair service near Hannibal, MO

I've had Rick work on a few different items and he's never let me down, made me feel like I was fairly charged and the thought that the same issue would return never entered my mind. His word is gospel. You won't find a better person to do business with.

The owner harassed us for cleaning out our vehicle before washing our car stating we would be trespassing if we returned and proceeded to take a picture of my license plate I called the police and filed a harassment report. In any retail business a customer can not be assumed to be stealing anything until they exit the facility with it and this man automatically assumed the worst and was very aggressive in his manner of speaking and approaching our vehicle. He got his wish we will not be returning with either of our vehicles nor will my grandfather that owns the car lot down the street and details most of his cars at this establishment.

BEWARE !!!! ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY**** Gene's Transmission is over 6 months past due on more than $2400.00 worth of parts our company sold them. They have said several times that they have sent a check. When I call, Cory answers the phone and says that Gene is not there and won't give me his cell number because "it's been acting up". Completely just getting the run around !!!
