DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! We went to look at a Jeep Wrangler hardtop on their lot and while we were there looking at this red Jeep there was a white Jeep (which is still on their lot by the way) and the lady told us that there was something wrong with the jeep and she would not sell it to us knowing we were putting a 16 year old in it. She said it was going back to auction. When we were test driving the red jeep we noticed that the floor board was wet and the check engine light was on. We made an offer pending these two items checked out. They kept the car for another couple of days to 'check it out' They told us the check engine light was because of a gas cap they had switched out on another Jeep, they had put the right gas cap on and now the light went off (they probably just reset it until we got off the lot) and the wet floor board was due to them shampooing the carpet that they had taken it to a car wash and ran water over it and there was not a leak. We purchased the car (cash - we are not buy here pay here customers) THE VERY NEXT MORNING we noticed that the hitch that was on the Jeep when we test drove it and made the offer was no longer on the car. I called and left a message and asked them to call me. They have not returned my call to this day... I am sure they 'switched it with another jeep'. Two days later.. guess what the check engine light came back on and now today...literally on the 30th day we have owned this car after all the heavy rain we have had there is STANDING WATER in the floor boards... but they checked it out and it was due to carpet shampooing. These people having lying down to an art form. I am also turning them into the better business bureau. They are nice to your face but they won't return your phone calls, they don't 'make it right', the take parts off your car after they have sold it to you but before you pick it up and they are dishonest. BEWARE don't say you weren't warned... oh and that dangerous white Jeep... when we went to pick up our Jeep I asked her why it was not only still on the lot but now on the front line when she had said it was to dangerous to sell and she said the owner 'told her to put it on the lot for 6999.00'... its still there.

Horrible customer service. Was not able to get hold of anybody to answer my question about my vehicle. I purchased it there about a year ago and decided to give their service a try, but was very dissapointed. Will not try again.

You need to stay away from this mechanic because he doesn't t know how to fix cars. He told me that i need to fix my thermostat and there is a leaking problem in my car as well. He told me that he even could t find the thing that was leaking. He was fixing my car last Saturday, and just wasted my time and money. He started at 11 am and finished at 9 pm. He told me that he started to fix smth else instead of the thermostat because first he couldn't t find that thermostat. Eventually when he found that thermostat, he wasn't able even to fix it. I came home from my job on Friday, and there was a steam coming from my car, so on Saturday i called this idiot, who doesn't know his job at all. I was home on Sunday and didn't t drive my car. On Monday i barely could reach my job. There was a steam coming from my car again and that thermostat sign was on my dashboard again. I went to a car service, and they fixed everything for me. Thanks to that service i drive my car safely now. They told me that whoever was fixing my thermostat didn't t tighten up everything and it could blow up my engine and got me in big trouble. I paid $200 for nothing. He told me that he fixed my thermostat and i couldn't t drive my car even for one day. He didn't t fix my thermostat. So if you want to waste your time and money, and if your want to damage your car, you need to call this guy.
