I have never been so insulted by a company. The man who handled my application and phone conversation was very rude and condescending. Here we are talking about my finances and as I explained to him that my bankruptcy was because of a business I closed due to the economy…he explained that “ he knows about business, he has been in business for 22 years….(WHAT selling cars?! WTF cares…I mean real bu siness)”. All excuses aside, I have a bankruptcy open. When he asked me about a down payment, I explained that if I had the cash …I wouldn’t try financing a car; I would go to craigslist and outright purchase a car and cut out the middleman prices. BOY he hit the roof….”well if you don’t trust us and would rather buy from a person…DO you buy furniture from individuals, or fruit he asks.” Fruit…really? No, I buy my fruit from a grocery store, and I purchased my furniture new, this is a used car… The man proceeded to tell me that “maybe that is why my business failed--- (why? Because of my reservations of salesmen?)…Really…I asked, “Why would you want to say that….” THIS man is EXACTLY why consumers would much rather go to the dentist, rather than buy a new car from a salesman. Rock on buddy….keep the reputation of car salesmen alive – of sneaky, greasy, greedy little salesmen-with your negative, condescending, ignorant attitude and your ill-chosen remarks. This salesman, owner, manager….WHOEVER…had no right to speak to me the way he did. He had no right to place judgment on neither my lifestyle nor my financial situations. He especially had no right to tell me why my business failed. He is a peon selling cars….I am an educated, well respected woman, and I will list my review of this poor dealership experience on EVERY local car review I can find. No consumer should be treated like I was by this idiot. And now I have a goal to let every consumer know exactly what a piece of …work this dealership represents. Mark and his entire staff are great people to deal with. They are friendly, honest and knowledgable. The pricing is fair, the service is top notch. You need to take your vehicle here for all your repair and maintenance needs. I use their new Ellisville location. My brother and his entire family take their vehicles to the Fenton location. We love them for their friendly, honest dealings, fair pricing and great work.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. They are over priced and when you try to negotiate they are very rude. I tried to explain that you can not expect someone to pay over what Kelley blue book is for a vehicle there comment was I will find someone to buy it. So I interpret that to mean they just wait on a sucker to come along. My advice before you buy anything from them check KBB and make darn sure they are not misrepresenting options of the vehicle. BEWARE

These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

They topped off my anti freeze with the green stuff instead of the orange stuff.

Re-Sold Car I Bought To Someone Else! I bought a car over the phone on Saturday morning because I live 30 miles away and I'd been to the dealership twice already. The salesman told me we had 'locked it down' and the car was mine and asked that I wait until Monday to pick it up so he could get the commission because he would be off work. I agreed to this and Monday morning came and I received a phone call from another salesman telling me they sold my car to someone else and I'm just out of luck. What a horrible experience from start to finish. I made 2 prior offers on this car at the dealership and both times I was walked out the door without even getting a counter offer. A few weeks later the car price was lowered on autotrader to only $500 more than my original offer. So I emailed them through autotrader reiterating my offer. A sales person called me and we closed the deal over the phone. For whatever reason their manager decided they don't want to sell the car for that much or to me and cancelled the order with me. I do not believe they really sold it because the car is still listed on autotrader for sale! This was a gift for my pregnant wife who is now very stressed out and upset for no reason. Buying a car is supposed to be a great experience and a happy time. These guys jerked me around then jerked the sale out from under me. Unacceptable guys, there is no excuse for this.

Had a great car until I took it to Complete Auto Repair. After spending over $5,000 to have lots of work done, including replacing a bad hub, the car went in for a tuneup and a thermostat, for which Mr Kachkovsky informed me that the gaskets were bad and had to be replaced. This was the second time he hold me the gaskets needed to be replace. The car was not looked at till day two after the appointment. Told him not to repair the car, I would pick it up. Mr Kachkovsky told me the the tuneup (plugs, wires, etc) was completed and therefore he was paid for the services. The car was taken to a reputable dealership and the thermostat was repaired. NO problem with the gaskets. Six months later the car is running horribly. Took it to the dealer who told me needed a tuneup (plugs, wires) and that the hub that I paid Complete Auto Repair to replace had not been replaced and was still leaking. Apparently Complete Auto Repair was paid several thousand dollars to store my car on their lot since they did not do the repairs. The dealership did give me the parts that were not replace as Mr Kachkovsky had told me and was paid for. A refund of the funds that were paid for work that I can provide proof for that was not completed was requested. Mr Kachkovsky, by not acknowledging my letter for the request, has refused to refund the monies paid him. Tried to complain to both the ASA and the ASE, only to find out that the buesiness is NOT associated with either and is therefore falsely advertising association with them. My suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP.
