Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5 year 100,000 "zero deductible" warranty. The Jeep has given me NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, and I've spent almost $3,000.00 on the "zero deductible" warranty-- it's been in the shop nine times with transmission problems, leaks, torque converter issues, you name it. They do not check their vehicles before they sell them, and will not stand behind their product. When I contacted Zach Gary Edelen about the lemon he sold me, he told me to take it up with the warranty company, and there was nothing he could do. Wow, that is GREAT service!!! When I pressed him about the fact that we've sunk $2700 into a vehicle that STILL isn't running correctly, still leaking, still having electrical problems, his response? "Drive Ur car like a normal [person] and perhaps it'll last u a while. Nevermind the fact that u and Ur husband together are so fat you max out the payload for a jeep. No wonder Ur transmission went out. Ur just unrealistic in ur expectations. And like the rest of if life want something for nothing... Hope u choke on a chicken wing and die. Love always...G Ps...
