After the work was finished, my muffler is hanging. The car was not finished by the promised date. This is the third or fourth time I have had work done, and every time the car has not been ready on time.

Took my car in to have windows tinted. They didn't do a good job so I had to take car back in to have it fixed. This time they shorted out my door locks by getting too much water down in the door. Took my car into the dealership to find out what exactly was wrong and get an estimate. They confirmed it shorted out due to water/moisture. Took papers from dealership into nw audio and they refuesed to pay for the repairs.

My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner.
