Less than two weeks later the transmission started dumping large amounts of fluid. I hadn't even transfered the title to my name yet. When I called the dealer about it he informed me that because the van was sold "as is" that he wasn't going to do anything about the issue. I informed him that he was violated Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws by failing to disclose a pre-existing issue with the vehicle. His response was to tell me that it will cost me more to sue him than to fix the van myself. So there you have it. E-trucks sells lemons and they don't even have the decency to treat you with respect when you call them about it. Don't buy from this dealer unless you like being ripped off.
