BEST experience I ever had with a shop. They kept me comfortable and informed. I called them at 2:00am from the shoulder of I-59, they arrived within 30 minutes and had a cup of coffee for me. They had the work done about an hour later and were friendly and professional. I'd tell my grandmother or children to call them if they were in trouble. Absolutely fantastic!

DO NOT GO TO SPEEDEE OIL ON 32ND AND HARDY, Hattiesburg, MS. They left the plastic cover loose that covers my oil filter. I had the oil changed on 8/7/13 and the cover just happened to fall and drag the road on 8/8/13. Said they did not do it but would put it back on. Then pulled a car in front of me just to make me wait. I was on my lunch hour and after 30 min. I left. They were just going to show me and make me sit there. Speedee takes advantage of Elderly women. WILL NOT BE BACK THERE EVER.

Our church helped us purchase two tires from here. Big mistake. Paid church back after a few months. They put defective tires on our Honda van. One tire only lasted a couple of months and they made up pay more money to put another one on to replace it. Went back with other tire showing metal and they told us it was normal wear less than a year later. We will never go here for anything again. We will tell our church family and both our friends and families to stay away from this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. DROPPED OF A RUNNING CAR AND GOT BACK A VEHICLE THAT HAD TO BE PARTED OUT AFTER THEY "WORKED" ON IT. THEY STOLE A GPS OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS RECOVER BY THE POLICE THE NEXT DAY. DO NOT GO THERE

Mr. Williams was very professional and speedy doing the work on my car. Chris and his wife was very considerate and kind to the customers. I would recommend him for any car repair. I plan to come back here for any car repair that is needed on my car.
