Jerry's is very friendly and helpful. Knew just what the problem was. Very reasonably priced. Word of Mouth recommendation is how I found out about them. I would highly recommend Jerry's if you have an electrical problem with your car. They explained everything very clearly to my 18 yr old daughter and she knows a lot more about her car now.

After having the front brakes changed, they began constantly squeaking in less than 1.5 years. I called three times over as many weeks to check if there was any warranty or service guarantee - the first two times I was told they would call back (never did), the third time I was told there was nothing they could do (and hastily hung up on). Brakes are suppose to last at least between 30,000 and 70,000 miles - these have maybe 15,000 miles on them. It's sad that they don't stand behind their work and for that reason (ignoring the poor customer service) I would not recommend them for your service needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I TURNED TO THEM WHEN I I NEED A TRUCK VERY BAD, IT ALL MOVED SO FAST I ENDED UP GETTING SCREWED, I PAYED WELL ABOVE RETAIL AND HAD A 23PCT INTREST RATE, THEY TOLD ME ONCE MY CREDIT WAS BETTER TO JUST GO RE-FINANCE, THEY ALSO SAID THE TRUCK HAD NEVER BEEN WRECKED, 9 MONTHS LATER I TRIED TO REFINANCE BUT THE BANKS ALL SAID NO BECAUSE I OWED 5K MORE THEN THE TRUCK WAS WORTH. SO I WENT TO A REAL DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME THE TRUCK HAD BEEN WRECKED. I ONLY GOT 7K ON THE TRUCK THAT I OWE 14K ON. BUT I WAS ABLE TO GET INTO A BRAND NEW TRUCK AT 8PCT INTREST. IF YOU GO TO SOUTHERN MOTORS, BE VARY CAREFULL, YOU WILL GET SCREWED QUICKER THAN YOU THINK

If you want to flush your money down the toilet, then take your car here! He will charge you a lot of money to supposedly fix your transmission, but he will not fix it. I told him that the transmission fluid was leaking out unbelievably after he worked on the car, and he said he had a warranty and I could bring it back in. He lied! The first time I tried, he had an excuse why he couldn't do it. Then the car sat in the garage (I live out of town part of the year). After the car sat for 8 months, there was a leak 4 feet wide by 5 feet long. I had to put transmission fluid in before I could even drive it. I tried to bring it in again. I made an appointment, and when I got there, the place was locked up! More excuses! After that, he blew me off numerous times, and would not answer my calls at all. Since the car desperately needed fixing, I took it to a reputable garage...and they fixed it! They told me that the leak should have been fixed...for less money...when Bobby's Transmission's did the initial work. I went back to Bobby's Transmission's to try and get reimbursed for my additional expenses, and all I got was a rude jerk who wouldn't take responsibility for his poor work. Bobby Cook should change his name to Bobby Crook...because that's what he is!! I feel sorry for anybody who takes their car to him!
