Great shop and great people. When they give you a price and how long the job will take, that’s exactly what they do. This is the first and only shop I’ve ever been to where there were no surprises when they got done with my vehicle. What they tell you is what you get. Cant say enough about them. I rented a U Haul truck, which got bogged down in the mud. I was unable to pull the truck out by myself. I called Jerry’s Towing. They came down and pulled the truck out immediately. The service was excellent, and the rates were reasonable.

I am a young female and I have had bad exeperineces int he past with auto shops taking advantage of me. My expereince at this shop on Courthouse Rd was great. The mechanic of very knoledgable and the manager was helpful. Mr. Taylor made me feel like that would take care of any of my car needs. I will come to this location again and would recommend them. The team was great and I have already told my mom and brother about the exeperience. My brother said everyone looks for a good experiwence when gettign work done of their car. Firestone shop 655 Courthouse Rd is the location everyone should try!!
