WOW! Been doing business with Dan for a lot of years. That stops today. Had the most unprofessional experience. Took my car in to fix one thing and Dan fixed another, what he thought. Still had same problem. Dan's solution, rebuild!! Okay sure Dan knows his stuff. Took my car in and he didn't get it in when he said he would. When I questioned him he became irate and yelling at me over the phone even hung up on me! Called me back and gave me the choice to get my unfixed car and money back. Took the option to go get my car and money back and then he started playing games. Wouldn't answer his phone and wouldn't open up shop. He did answer and open up for the Sheriff! Lesson learned.

We bought a 2013 Prowler 5th wheel in May of 2012. Do not expect good workmanship, a quality product, or good follow-up service once your've paid and left the building. If you buy a lemon or a unit with multiple problems they can/will not help. Prowler is NOT the brand to buy. We had over 13 things, including the black water gates not installed properly, on the first outing. After service, the gates still leaked and there were other water leaks. We spoke with 3 different people at the dealership and were passed around like a hot potato. Finally we were told we'd be called back. It's been 2 months and that call has NOT been returned. What a disappointing experience this purchase has been!

Iwas chrged 680 dollars for a brake and wheel seal on my semi, and a supposed EPA charge of 150 dollars. I called 4 other shops in billings every bid was just under 300 dollars and they all said they have never heard of the EPA charge. He was also rude and complained the whole time, It was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to any one besides to say dont go.
