Auto repair service near Advance, NC

After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

I've taken my cars to Websters for more years than I care to remember, and they are probably the top shop I've ever dealt with: extremely competent, efficient, very skilled at evaluating problems and very trustworthy. They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.

This company sells lemons. They put saw dust in the oil . Less than a month later the engine threw a rod. They said the car was "as is " and buzz off. Come to find or, they do this alot. I wasnt the first, and I won't be the last
