I bought a car that supposedly had a new motor put in and was in working order. Less than 24 hours I was stuck on the side of the road there was a hose loose as well as a rod knocking and metal pieces in my oil. This information came from a very reputable mechanic in my area. NEVER trust these people. When I called to tell the "president" of this business what happened she was very rude and hung up on me. Now I am stuck replacing a motor that was supposed to be in working order to begin with.

Had oil and filter changed today. Very nice professional men. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I will return. J.Zissel

My wife took my truck in (I had out of state tags at the time) to repair the exhaust system. I had no other problems. The mechanic went on about how much my truck was "a piece of junk. Offer to sell us a car he had fixed up. When I got my truck back, I no have difficulty starting it, there is exhuast coming out from under the cab of the truck and I now have a leak in my transmission. None of this was happening BEFORE I took it in. This guy is either crooked or incompetent. I wont give him a second chance to prove to me which one it is.

This is the best place to take your import car if you care about it. These people are as honest as the day is long,are certified and very reasonable rates for repair and maintenance.They also can repair cars that have extended warranties and get paid by the warrantee company.

What an excellent car buying experience I had!! I hade purchased my BMW 325 from Lake Norman Imports and recently traded it in for an unbelievable Jeep Rubicon that I am in love with. Wish we had looked at public records and other reviews of the dealerships owned by Randy (Randolph) and Angela Salter. Their dealership in South Carolina had several small claims cases in favor of various plaintiffs against the owners/dealership known as Carolina Boat or Carolina Boat and Car. In addition there was a judgement against their NC business, American Marine Liquidators in 2012 (SC courts). Thank you to those of you who responded to us with details of your issues with this dealer in the past. Consumers: In summary, we warn you about purchases with the dealer American Marine Liquidators. My daughter bought a car from here 1 week and 4 days ago and yesterday the check engine light came on, the engine made a noise and it would't always accelerate. Since the license plates were ready yesterday, I went in today ...April 2, 2013.... to pick them up and told the guys in the office about the problems with the car and they just didn't care! Since the car is falling apart after having it for JUST 1 week and 4 days, I can not in good conscience recommend this car dealer to anyone!!
