I called all over town after my car engine blew up going up the old fort mountain. I was met with being told it would be atleast a month before I could even get in at most shops.Derek's sent a rollback to retrieve my car that I had towed to my house and had me up and running in less than three weeks. WHAT A DUMP! I went here to take a look at a Honda and pretty much turned around immediately. The place looks like some shed/ shack/ lean-to thing and when you go inside.....Whoa! There was a lady working there wearing some trashy skimpy tank top and shorts with stains all over her. She looked at me up and down and said very hatefully, "Do you want something?". I couldn't believe how unprofessional this place was. I wouldn't buy a car there if they were the last place on earth! The place looked like someone's back yard with 5 junk cars stored away in it. Craigslist is a Mercedes dealership compared to this place. YUCK! Do not recommend!

Do Not Buy from these people. They won't even honor their 30 day warranty on engine/transmission. Got a car last year that had major oil leak and was heating. It was also smoking from inside as you could see the streams of smoke near dash board. They had me bring it back in and claimed the oil leak was just the oil pan seal and the overheating / coolant leak was a bad radiator cap. They replaced oil pan seals / radiator cap. Still didn't solve the issue and when confronted it was sorry. I had to replace the entire radiator within a week then found out the leak was due to a bad head gasket and leaking transmission. Car smokes on inside and is very dangerous. Asked for a spare tire and the guy gives me a spare tire full of nails in it!! 98 Honda with on lot financing is costing me almost $6000 for pay off and can't even drive the car.
