It's a real blessing these days to find an auto shop and mechanics who you can trust. Cabarrus Imports is just such a place. I have been taking my Honda there for several years and know that they will do only what is needed, will tell me when I do need something, and then they will do the work well at a fair price. On my last oil change, they noticed a dripping water pump - a sure sign of impending failure at its age - and I was able to get a new pump put in along with the timing belt at a fair price, prior to being stranded on the side of the road. If you have a Honda, this is the place to take it!

The guys that work over here are committed to excellence. They also have a ethical and moral Value system that is hard to find in an auto mechanic workplace. If I could give them less then ... 1 STAR .... I would !!! In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
