Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. Beware! Horrific experience My Honda Crv 2007 wouldn't start. Had the vehicle towed to this garage. Vince tried to tell me I put diesel gas in my car. No way I had driven on that for 4 days... Then he says "oh process of elimination" I'll try something else. Next he tells me my engine is shot and I would need a new one. He quoted a price of $2,000. I asked him to check into getting a new engine. The next call was a price of $4,000.00 My brother went to the garage to check this out. My brother was told to leave, the owner didn't have time to talk to him. At this point I removed my car to another location. 1 day later, my timing belt was replaced and I'm driving it again. These people are not honest. I was charged over $200.00 and he did nothing to my car and tried to rip me off for $4,000.00

The staff at Maxwell went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my new Volvo. They made the whole process fly by. Thanks again, I love my new car!!
